The role consists of
⦁ Ongoing management of tasks related to the maintenance of the managed properties
⦁ Updating the building’s tracking CRM and management systems
⦁ Work with customers, suppliers and company employees
⦁ Providing an immediate technical response to faults in the field
⦁ Handyman services on a demand basis
Requirements
⦁ Experience in a similar position of operations manager and/or head of house (3 years) – mandatory
⦁ Valid driver’s license – mandatory
⦁ Full knowledge and control of Office software – mandatory
⦁ Order, organization and personal responsibility at a high level
⦁ Assertiveness, responsibility and seriousness
⦁ Excellent human relations and services
⦁ certificate of integrity
⦁ English at a high level – an advantage
⦁ Academic education / technical profession with a certificate – an advantage
