The role consists of
⦁Finance monitoring and process improvement
⦁ Producing receipts, payment confirmations and closing invoices
⦁ Initiation and training processes and assimilation of company procedures
⦁ Onboarding of new assets
⦁ Administrative tasks as needed
⦁ Maintaining continuous contact with the company’s customers
⦁ Basic bank statements and bank reconciliations
Requirements
⦁ Full knowledge and control of CRM / ERP / Office software – mandatory
⦁ Experience in a similar role (3 years) – mandatory
⦁ Order, organization at a high level
⦁ Assertiveness, responsibility and seriousness
⦁ Excellent human relations and services
⦁ English at a high level – an advantage
⦁ Academic education – an advantage
