The role consists of
⦁ Ongoing management of tasks related to the maintenance of the managed properties
⦁ Professional management of a team of employees and officials
⦁ Building work plans while updating the company’s CRM systems

Requirements
⦁ Experience in a similar position of operations manager and/or head of Building (3 years) – mandatory
⦁ Valid driver’s license – mandatory
⦁ Full knowledge and control of Office – mandatory
⦁ Order, organization and personal responsibility at a high level
⦁ Assertiveness, responsibility and seriousness
⦁ Excellent human relations and services
⦁ Certificate of integrity
⦁ English at a high level – an advantage
⦁ Academic education / technical profession with a certificate – an advantage
