\u2981Finance monitoring and process improvement<\/p>\n

\u2981 Producing receipts, payment confirmations and closing invoices<\/p>\n

\u2981 Initiation and training processes and assimilation of company procedures<\/p>\n

\u2981 Onboarding of new assets<\/p>\n

\u2981 Administrative tasks as needed<\/p>\n

\u2981 Maintaining continuous contact with the company’s customers<\/p>\n

\u2981 Basic bank statements and bank reconciliations<\/p>\n

Requirements<\/h4>\n

\u2981 Full knowledge and control of CRM \/ ERP \/ Office software – mandatory<\/p>\n

\u2981 Experience in a similar role (3 years) – mandatory<\/p>\n

\u2981 Order, organization at a high level<\/p>\n

\u2981 Assertiveness, responsibility and seriousness<\/p>\n

\u2981 Excellent human relations and services<\/p>\n

\u2981 English at a high level – an advantage<\/p>\n
