The role consists of<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2981 Ongoing management of tasks related to the maintenance of the managed properties<\/p>\n

\u2981 Updating the building’s tracking CRM and management systems<\/p>\n

\u2981 Work with customers, suppliers and company employees<\/p>\n

\u2981 Providing an immediate technical response to faults in the field<\/p>\n

\u2981 Handyman services on a demand basis<\/p>\n

Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2981 Experience in a similar position of operations manager and\/or head of house (3 years) – mandatory<\/p>\n

\u2981 Valid driver’s license – mandatory<\/p>\n

\u2981 Full knowledge and control of Office software – mandatory<\/p>\n

\u2981 Order, organization and personal responsibility at a high level<\/p>\n

\u2981 Assertiveness, responsibility and seriousness<\/p>\n

\u2981 Excellent human relations and services<\/p>\n

\u2981 certificate of integrity<\/p>\n

\u2981 English at a high level – an advantage<\/p>\n

\u2981 Academic education \/ technical profession with a certificate – an advantage<\/p>\n
